Lowes Gift Card Balance | Check

If you Face Problem when Checking Balance

Sometimes you get a warning that it is impossible process your request to get a balance, the problem occurs in such cases:

  • The card number and/or pin code are incorrect.
    Check if you have filled in the card data correctly. This is a very common mistake.

    Important! If you check your e-Gift balance, it is better to copy the card number and pin code from the e-mail (received when purchasing the card) than typing them manually.

  • Your card is no longer activated.
    If your had 0 money for more than 3 months, you card will be automatically deactivated.

    Important! You can't use this card anymore, you have to buy new one.

  • Technical works on the site.
    In this case wait some time and go back to the online checker or use other verification methods.

3 More Ways to Check Gift Card Balance

If checker doesn't work for you then try other ways:

  • By phone.
    Call 1-(800)-560-7172. Choose necessary points step by step in the voice menu or wait to be connected to an operator. Tell the operator your card number.

    Attention! The number of frauds with the cards has increased lately. If the number on the phone screen is not detected, and the person you are calling is trying to get your information, end the call and reach Lowe's employee on the phone above.

  • At the store.
