Each employee at Lowes gets a unique Sales ID to log in to the myloweslife.com portal when he or she starts work. There the employee can track his/her schedule, the hours worked and see his/her personal discounts and benefits.

Important! Use the Kronos app to log into account from your smartphone.

Sign in My Lowes Life Account | SSO Login

To see the schedule of your shifts and to manage them (for example, if you want to mark the days when you have plans and you cannot go to work, or vice versa) you need to log in to your SSO employee account, to do this:

  1. Go to myloweslife.com.
  2. In the form that opened enter:
    • Sales number. This is your own Sales ID.
    • Password.
  3. Press Login.

  4. Note! It’s impossible to access to My Lowe's Life during your leave of absence.

If you filled in all the info correctly, you will get an access in your personal account with the following info:

  • Lowe's stock purchase plan;
  • Employee assistance program (EAP);
  • Excess to tax documents;
  • Vacation and Holiday plans and salary;
  • Health&dental insurance.

How to Access My Lowe's Benefits

In order to access your Lowe's health & insurance benefits use User ID (not Sales ID).

Note! Access to My Lowe's Benefits is always available, even if you are currently on your annual leave or in case you worked at Lowes in the past.

  1. In your browser, type mylowesbenefits.com.
  2. On the form that opens, type:
    • User ID;
    • Password.
    • Note! To check if you wrote the passcode correctly, check the mark near field Show Password.

  3. Click on Log On.
  4. Important! To re-new your passcode, tap on Forgot User ID or Password? and confirm your identity by entering:
    - Last four digits of SSN
    - Date of birth

How to Preview Lowe's Benefits Options

Lowe's provides a wide variety of benefit options for Lowe's associates and their eligible family members as well as for new associates. Even though you are not a part of Lowes team anymore, you can make some decisions about your benefits. To preview the options you should:

  1. Go to mylowesbenefits.com and choose Benefits Pricing Tool, or go directly to benefitspricing.com/lowes to explore the plans, insurance carriers and prices.
  2. Next, choose Interactive Pricing Tool - 2022 or 2023.
  3. Choose one of the options:
    • Current Associate or Family Member;
    • Prospective Lowe's Associate;
    • Former Lowe' Associate.
  4. Next, fill in the following information and click Explore Your Options:
    • Employment Status, as defined by Lowe's;
    • Select full time or part time;
    • Home ZIP code.

After all these steps, you will have information on Medical/Dental/Vision plans and pricing based on your ZIP code. You can enroll your children/family and receive a special discount.
